Pausing just before I reach the door, I look to Verna, smirking as I reply, I didn't burn you, I burnt the gorgon, not my fault that you chose to snuggle with the thing
With that I turn back to the door attempting to open it and head to the spider adorned door.

The group is able to leave the door, the same old nonsense with the symbols except this time the room you just left disappears. The room with the spider is a bit bigger and upon setting foot down, you can easily notice spider webs across the floor, walls, and ceiling. Braziers with purple flames stand along the walls, but there is nothing else in the room that you can see.

Djarra takes out the purple orb then slowly walks around the room, seeing if it reacts to anything

Djarra laughs at Verna's comment as he pauses his search and turns in her direction.
they're only cobwebs, we haven't found any spiders

And upon those words leaving Djarra's mouth, the orb floats out of his grasp and up to the ceiling. The orb enters a rather large metal chassis of a spider. The spider falls to the ground, bearing it's jaws with venom dripping onto the floor and melting away at the stone tiles beneath.
