This will be the In Character thread for my campaign. This is where you will add flavor text to your actions and also where you will speak through your character and control their actions. Rolls and using your character's powers will happen in the Out of Character thread which I will be adding quite soon. Or if you would prefer we can keep it all in one thread. I will explain flavor text in the rules guide as well so this post doesn't become too cluttered. And I look forward to seeing you explore the realm of Erastasia.

The three of you make quite an odd group, drawing a few odd glances from passersbys as you walked through the gates of Ravenshire. It is quite a modest town, not quite a city but certainly bustling with life. The market square is very close to the southern town gates from which you entered. All different kinds of stalls are set up near the stores they sell the goods of, as well as a rather large fountain in the center where some children are running around, chasing one another. It doesn't take long to notice the large assortment of races this town contains. A dwarf is working steadily at the smithy, hammering away at a red hot piece of iron. A petite elven woman stitches together some fine, silken scarves outside of a tailor. A small halfling stands atop his stall shouting to a crowd of people standing near the small wooden structure. He wears a top hat with several vials strapped around the rim, pointing at individual ones and attempting a sales pitch. It isn't too hard to find the meeting point you read about on the posters, the Red Dragon Inn. The Inn stands 4 stories high and is rather large in width. Upon entering you see that there doesn't seem to be too many bar patrons, but it is still rather early in the day. Behind the bar is a halfling woman drinking from a tankard, though based on her rosy cheeks you can tell she has had more than one tankard of ale. There is also a sandy blonde haired human woman further down the bar, wiping it down with a cloth. The only actual patron is a man fitting the description you read on the poster, sitting in the corner with his head slumped on the table and surrounded by several empty bottles. He is clutching a opened bottle in his hand still, snoring rather loudly.

I stay quiet as to not draw to much attention to myself, I keep my head down and tail hidden within my robes.

I walk over to the bar, placing my scaled hands on the bartop, I lean slightly over the bar
I'll have a bottle of whatever he's having
Indicating the passed out man in the back

I sit down at the bar next to Djarra and shoot him a sharp glance, then whisper "what are you doing?, we are supposed to be avoiding attention."

The woman slams her tankard down and glances in the direction of the passed out man and says with a bit of a giggle, "Oh, ya mean that lout? That'll be 5 gold fer a mug of the finest dwarven ale this land has ever seen." She grabs a fresh mug and pours a pale looking liquid into it, setting it in front of Djarra. "Me name's Winderemere, but call me Win. If ya call me by me full name, I'll be kicking yer ass ta the curb." She says with a large smile and goes to polish her tankard.

Too late for that Zni, the townsfolk smelled you coming two days ago, besides, I'm thirsty and how else do you expect to get that drunkard's attention?

I stare at the woman in disgust, before putting my head down again to stay out of sight

5 gold for dwarven ale? That lush over there wouldn't know dwarven ale if he fell into a barrel of it!
Djarra grudgingly hands over the requested amount, grabs his mug and walks over to the passed out man. Takibng the seat across from him I slam my mug down on the table and stare intently at the sleeping man

With a pointed finger at Zni, "Oi, scaly one. What's wrong with yer friend over there? He seems a bit uptight. Maybe ya should give him a stiff drink, help him loosen up." Win states with a girlish giggle.

Djarra gets no reaction from the man besides a stutter in his snoring.

The chair goes clattering away and the man falls to the ground, the bottle dropping from his hand and rolling away. He grunts very tiredly, "Bah, there's no need for that. A simple hello would have sufficed..." The man sits up, stretching and yawning, and then grabbing the chair and retaking his seat. "So, what can I do for you fine people this afternoon? And I'll have you know I bathed just a fortnight ago." His breath smelling very heavy of alcohol and yet there is a lack of slurs in his words for someone who has obviously had very much to drink.
