My eye shift angrily at Zni, and narrow in spite. I scrunch my face up as if looking at him would take years off my own life.
"WELL, I WAS mauled BY A MAJESTIC DRAGON while a CERTAIN someone sat watching me WHILE I dance with death."
I dust my torn robes and inspect for any more gashes.

Are you wanting to take an extended rest or a short rest?

"I say we rest for a while. Best we get ourselves back up to prime before we head out, as I have stated before I wish not to be helpless on arrival to our foe"

Rest until we fully recover HP, no use running head first into potential danger when we're half dead already

Well a short rest would let you spend healing surges until you can get back to full health. It is also about 5 minutes, so just a quick breather. An extended rest would let you regain your encounter powers and heals you to full health but is usually around 8 hour or so. You would have to wait until the next day as well to regain any daily powers you used in the battle previous.

Alright. A short rest. Also you will get encounters back but no dailies. Spend healing surges to get yourself back to full health. A surge value is a quarter of your health so spending 4 gets you back up to full.
The group stands around in the clearing, recuperating themselves after the battle with a dragon. Perhaps taking out some food from your kits to eat it. A small amount of time passes and everyone gets ready to go. You head off in the direction of the keep, having to move through and cut some thick, thorny brush. It seems as if no one as been through here in quite some time. The trees are getting denser as well and after a couple hours of navigating the difficult forest, you see a large and rusted metal gate with a few skeletons beyond it with their hands clenched around the bars. Beyond this gate you can see the keep has fairly small wooden doors. You can see rather large claw marks on the wooden doors as well the same claw marks ascending the stone walls.

Walk over to the gate and kneel down to examine the skeletons closer ji_I1cHrd20 (for perception)
While examining the skeletons I remove their finger bones and place them in my pouch.d20
