The plan goes off without a hitch, the raven drops the vial onto the tent containing the powder which is followed by a series of explosions. The effigy lights up in a blazing fire that nearly catches some surrounding brush on fire.
I think it's pretty appropriate to say ROLL INITIATIVE!

5. Deamon
However it is a surprise round, so if Djarra wishes to attempt knocking down the gate before anyone else goes forward, he can.

Nidhogg rushes in past several goblins, dodging short sword slashes and arrows, straight to the black and white hyena-like creature standing near the back brandishing a rather large greataxe and standing nearly 9 feet tall. "Narsin Boga!" He shouts at the beast with a pointed finger and readies his blade in a steady stance.
