A Dragon Sorcerer by trade, he was left orphaned outside a small mountain village. The villages treated him more like a monster than an orphan due to his heritage. Because of this he was forced to steal just to survive, until the villagers ran him from town. He stayed hidden in the mountains until a wandering Sorcerer found him half dead of starvation. The sorcerer took him as a slave at first but later made him his apprentice when he exhibited an affinity for magic. Remembering how his master had treated him as a child, Djarra poisoned his master's evening tea and took over his tower. Sealing the tower he struck out on his own to acquire the items and experience needed to unlock his master's secrets.
Djarra is always shrouded in black hooded robes lined with a crimson brocade. Due to the prejudice of the village he grew up by, he keeps his face hidden as much as possible. Try as he might though, he can't hide his piercing green eyes. Eyes that glow with an inner fire.
